Hi! I'm Hande.

I'm an insured Reiki Practitioner and a Verified Member of The Reiki Association, meeting National Occupational Standards. I received my Animal Reiki Certification after completing an intensive in-person course with Sarah Edwards-Keeling. I've also taken several IMDT (Institute of Modern Dog Trainers) courses over the years and always enjoy learning more about animals.

By day, I'm in the corporate world with my BA in Management and MA in Marketing Communications.

​I've always believed in oneness and sense of interconnectedness. During university, I supervised volunteer activities for children's welfare, including teaching in primary schools and social work in children’s foster home. After graduating, I dedicated my time to the welfare of stray dogs in Istanbul. I also traveled to Costa Rica to volunteer at a rescue center. During that time, I co-founded Love in the Luggage, a volunteer project that reached children across four continents.​

 

Upon moving to the UK in 2018, I've immersed myself in the local community, volunteering as a cat sitter, dog walker and assistant in dog training classes in Birmingham.​ As I expanded my skills through varied experiences and cultivated empathy and adaptability, I felt compelled to deepen my knowledge.
