What is Reiki

Reiki Treatments
During a Reiki session, you stay fully clothed and either lie down or sit comfortably. As the practitioner, I place my hands gently in various positions near your body, without massaging or manipulating. Sessions typically last between 30 minutes to an hour, depending on what you need. As a Reiki practitioner, I don't diagnose or promise specific results. If you're worried about any symptoms, it's important to consult a doctor.
